PRODUCTION:

Selected vintage from our best plots in Nava del Rey township. Produced since “bud-must”, (obtained via gravity, without pressing). Macerated prior to fermentation at a temperature of 8-12ºC for 12-18 hours in order to get the full extraction of aromas. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16ºC for 10-15 days. The wine is then stirred together with its own lees in order to achieve the characteristic smoothness and persistence of this wine.

intense and complex aromas, combining typical hues. Sweet and ripe aromas from tropical fruits result of a careful aging on lees.

Powerful,rounded and well balanced, smooth and velvety. Long persistence and excellent acidity.

Recommended

Ideal for all types of fish, rice and pasta. All kinds of meats except hunting and meat with elaborate sauces.
