Facilities sitting over old cave wineries dating back to the 14th century at the Valladolid village of Rueda. Here the native Verdejo grape is king complemented with other varieties such as Viura, Sauvignon Blanc, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon. Strict control over the vines and a constant search for peculiarities at the making, provide us with complex and fruit-laden whites as well as idiosyncratic reds.
